1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Orion Moto Canada ("Sponsor"),

5824 Sechelt Inlet Road, Sechelt BC V0N 3A3, Canada.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or

territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the

Sponsor, its dealers, and their immediate family / household members are not eligible. Void where

prohibited. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the

Sponsor, which are final and binding.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins July 16, 2026, 12:00:00 a.m. PT and ends **August 27, 2026, 11:59:59 p.m.

PT** (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter (free)

During the Giveaway Period, visit rideorion.ca/giveaway and submit the entry form with your name and a

valid email address. Limit one (1) base entry per person / email address. No purchase is

necessary and a purchase will not improve your chance of winning.

You may earn additional entries by completing the actions listed on the entry page (e.g. following

@orionmotocanada on Instagram, following ORION MOTO CANADA on Facebook, and referring friends who

enter via your unique link). Bonus-entry values and limits are stated on the entry page. Automated,

robotic, fraudulent, or bulk entries are void.

5. Prize

One (1) prize: a single Orion e20x 2025 electric balance bike. Approximate retail value (ARV):

CAD $2,699. Prize is awarded as-is, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for

cash. Prize includes standard Canada-wide shipping to the winner's address. Any costs not specified

(e.g. taxes on the prize where applicable) are the winner's responsibility. No substitution except by

the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes

unavailable.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

7. Winner Selection & Skill-Testing Question

One (1) winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries on or about

August 28, 2026. Before being declared a winner and receiving the prize, the selected entrant

must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. Example form:

`(15 × 4) + 22 − 9 = ?`

8. Winner Notification & Claim

The selected entrant will be notified by email at the address provided, within two (2) business days of

the draw. The selected entrant must respond, correctly answer the skill-testing question, and confirm

eligibility and delivery details within seven (7) days of notification. If the selected entrant

cannot be reached, fails the skill-testing question, is ineligible, or does not respond within the

claim window, the entry is forfeit and the Sponsor may, in its discretion, draw an alternate winner.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting the prize the winner consents to the Sponsor's use of their

first name, city/province, and (with separate consent) likeness for promotional purposes without

further compensation.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected is used to administer this Giveaway and, where you have consented, to

send you marketing communications from Ride Orion (you may unsubscribe at any time). Information is

handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at rideorion.ca/policies/privacy-policy and

applicable Canadian privacy and anti-spam (CASL) law.

11. General

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical

failure, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity, subject to any required

regulatory approval. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete

entries.

12. Platform release

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook,

Instagram, Meta, or any other social platform. By entering, you release those platforms from any

liability related to this Giveaway.

13. Results

The name of the winner (first name + province) may be posted at rideorion.ca/giveaway after the draw and is

available on request to ride@rideorion.ca.
