Returns & Refunds
**ORION Moto Canada Ltd. Return Policy**
At ORION Moto Canada Ltd., we strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. Here is our return policy for such instances:
**Return Eligibility:**
– Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
– Products must be returned in their original condition, with all included accessories, and in their original packaging.
**Return Process:**
1. **Initiate a Return:** Contact our customer service team at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) to initiate your return. Please provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. **Return Authorization:** Our team will review your return request. If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
3. **Shipping the Product Back:** You will be responsible for paying a return label fee of $100. This fee covers the cost of processing and handling the return. Once you have paid the fee, we will provide you with a shipping label.
4. **Inspection of Returned Product:** Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the product to ensure it is in the original condition.
5. **Refund Processing:** If the return is approved following inspection, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
**Exceptions and Exclusions:**
– Products that have been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
– Certain promotional items or products marked as “final sale” may not be eligible for return.
