ORION Moto Canada Warranty Statement

This warranty is limited to the following ORION products when distributed through our dealer network, or purchased from rideorion.ca in Canada:

Products Covered by This Warranty:

To Qualify for This Warranty:

The product must be purchased in Canada, from an authorized ORION Moto Canada dealer. This warranty applies to the first retail purchaser and each subsequent owner during the applicable warranty period, unless noted otherwise.

What Will Be Repaired or Replaced Under Warranty:

ORION Moto Canada will repair or replace, at its option, any part that is proven to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. Warranty repairs and replacements will be made without charge for parts and labor. All warranty claims are to be handled through ORION Moto Canada via rideorion.ca. Anything replaced under warranty becomes the property of ORION Moto. All parts replaced under the warranty will be considered as part of the original product, and any warranty on those parts will expire coincident with the original product warranty.

Warranty Limitations:

Damage caused by the following is not covered under this warranty: Unavoidable natural disasters, fire, collision, theft, improper storage or transportation, negligence of periodic maintenance, improper use, improper fuel mixture in 2-stroke engines, racing, jumping, improper repair, adjustment or maintenance, repairs and adjustments not performed by authorized ORION Moto Canada dealers, use of non-genuine parts, using the product for commercial purposes, unauthorized modifications made to the product, operation of the vehicle when it is overheating, or installing performance parts or components on the vehicle that change the original engineering. In addition, this warranty does not cover rubber or plastic parts unless found defective upon assembly by the dealer. The Factory Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by, or resulting from, any other reason besides a manufacturer’s defect.
