WARRANTY STATEMENT
At Orion Moto, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our eSeries bikes. Our manufacturer warranty ensures that your Orion Moto eSeries is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. If any issues arise within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective components at no cost to you. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. We are dedicated to offering you dependable, high-performance electric balance bikes that you can ride with assurance.
Orion Moto provides a 12-month limited warranty on the frame and forks and 90-day coverage for electrical and non-electrical components for private use. However, there is no warranty for commercial, rental, or competition use. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and applies to defects under normal use.
Returns
Return Window
Customers may return products purchased from Orion Moto Canada within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
- Products must be in new, sellable condition, with no signs of use, damage, or wear.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Orion Moto Canada recommends using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the return.
Process for Returns
- Contact Orion Moto Canada customer service to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
- Securely repack the item in its original packaging.
- Include the Return Authorization Number with the shipment.
- Ship the package to the designated return address provided by customer service.
Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, provided the item meets the return conditions.
- Refunds exclude the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for return.
- Custom orders or modified products are non-returnable unless defective.
